Process:
The process adopts fluid plating,which is a forced circulation of the plating solution in the copper mould tube.the copper mould tube doesnt directly enter the plating tank during electroplating,and the plating solutioin is depleted during the electroplating process because the heavy metal pollution is reduced.
Adopt adding additive and cobalt dsulfate in the stage,the cobalt content of the coating is gradient,the internal stress of the coating is uniform,the binding force with the matrix is large,and the microhardness is suitable.
Inspection:
Color:the color of the ordinary composite coating is slightly yellowish silver white.
Plating:the crystal should be uniform and detailed
Do not allow sports,black,fall off,scratches etc.
