For example, the continuous casting process in the steel-making process is relatively complicated. Now the continuous casting platform at the Baoshan base has been unmanned and operated by robots. It is beneficial for safety and environmental protection.

Based on these four requirements, China Baowu issued a smart manufacturing index to evaluate each base. In addition, through the mode of on-site meeting and communication, an atmosphere of learning and helping is formed. We organize an on-site meeting of smart manufacturing every six months. Xinjiang Bagang and Anhui Magang were held. Now we have many very representative unmanned manufacturing or smart manufacturing production lines, such as Baosteel’s 1580, black lamp factory, and unmanned warehouse, etc. It can be said that labor productivity has greatly improved, whether from safety or From the efficiency point of view, it is very good.
