What’s process of operation of online steel bar counting and separation system? How to operate control panel?
The system is divided into several working states: star-up state, setting state, counting state, steel-splitting state and exit state.
Under automatic counting state, it may operate as follows:
- When stopping chain bed or there are not bars in monitoring window, it may increase and decrease the value of counted bars through +1 and +10/-1, in order to correct the value difference caused by drawing steel, interference or human factors.
- It may go into manual counting state after pressing “stop” button.
- When the number is full, it will manually split steels under counting mode; after manual steel-splitting, press “start” button to count the bars in next bundle.
- When the count does not reach the rated value, it may press “zero clearing/+100” to reset the value; when the count reaches rated value, the button “zero clearing/+100” is invalid.
