Main points of dust removal design in rolling steel process

  • Flame cleaning machine dust removal

1.1 The flue gas generated by the flame cleaner should be controlled,and the dust removal design should consider the characteristics of dust concentration,flue gas moisture content,iron trioxide content in dust,dust particle size etc.

1.2  A detachable movable fume hood is set at the passing part of the blank mold of the flame cleaning machine,and the smoke exhaust pipe needs to be insulated,and measures to remove condensate should be considered.

 

  • Hot rolling finishing mill dust removal

2.1  The flue gas generated during the rolling process of the finishing mill should be controlled,the dust removal design should consider the dust concentration,the content of ferrous oxide and iron trioxide in the dust,the moisture content of the flue gas,the oil content,and the particle size of the dust.

2.2  The dust cover should be installed at the frame of F4-F7,and the dust cover should be fixed on the archway of the frame.

2.3  Condensate removal measures should be considered when designing the exhaust pipe.

2.4  The dust removal system of finishing rolling should adopt plastic sintered plate dust collector,and take anti-condensation and anti-freezing measures into consideration.

 

  • Cold rolling dust removal

3.1  Smoke and dust generated by dry leveling machines,tension leveling machines,welding machines etc,as well as oil mist,acid mist,and alkali mist generated by cold rolling mills,wet leveling machines,pickling tanks,alkali washing tanks,electroplating tanks etc should be controled.

3.2  Dry-type leveling machines,tension-straightening machine,and welding machines should be equipped with partially closed dust collecting hoods,and the dust removal system should adopt a bag filter.

3.3  The emulsified oil mist produced by the cold rolling mill and wet leveler shall be equipped with a mist exhaust system and an oil mist purification device.

3.4  The acid mist and alkali mist in the strip cleaning,pickling,alkaline washing,electroplating and post treatment sections shall be equipped with an exhaust system,and a demister washing device shall be adopted
