Product Details
The products are made by forging seamless copper pipe or by rolling and welding with copper sheet.
The material of the crucible is CuCrZr or oxygen-free copper. CuCrZr has high softening temperature, and it is hard to be out of shape.
The crucible is produced by safe and reliable cold welding technology, the technology of hot and cold forging makes the crucible has small grain and high strength.
Chemical composition:
CuCrZr, Cr: 0.5-1.5%, Zr: 0.08-0.30%, the remaining: Cu.
Property: σ b≥350MPa, δ≥80%IACS, HB≥100, δ≥20%.
