Hot delivery area maintenance procedures

Heating furnace area equipment maintenance procedures

 

  1. Keep the furnace body clean, if any debris or dirt is found on the furnace (including the furnace top), it should be cleaned up in time.
  2. The operator should always check whether the furnace wall and furnace top are in good condition. If the expansion joint is too large, the fire should be dealt with in time, so as not to expand the problem.
  3. When the billet enters the furnace, be careful not to install bent steel (the billet with serious deformation is not allowed to enter the furnace), and turn the steel in time to avoid scratching the furnace wall.
  4. Strictly implement the operating procedures to avoid burning out the top of the furnace due to high furnace temperature.
  5. If it is found that the furnace wall is partially burned out, it should be repaired by taking advantage of the opportunity of shutting down the furnace for maintenance.
  6. After two to three years of use, use the maintenance opportunity to paint the furnace body steel plate (furnace-clad steel plate) once to prevent the furnace body steel plate from being corroded and rusted.
  7. Regularly (normally half a year) clean the iron oxide scale in the furnace.
  8. The operator should always check whether there is leakage of the fan, air duct, and steam pipe of the heating furnace and whether the valve is rusted. If the above problems are found, they should be dealt with in time.

  1. Check all bolts to ensure that the connection is firm and reliable.
  2. Always observe the working condition of the thin oil lubricating oil flow indicator to ensure that the oil circuit is unobstructed, the oil pressure and flow are sufficient, and there should be no leakage in the pipes, valves, seals, and joint surfaces.
  3. Always check the working condition of the bearing, there should be no heat, looseness, severe wear, or abnormal noise, and deal with the problem in time.
  4. Check the working condition of the gear, keep its transmission stable, open the observation cover frequently, check whether the tooth surface contact and wear are normal and whether each flat groove on the lubricating oil nozzle is unblocked, and solve the problem in time.
  5. Check the oil flow through the oil flow indicator at the inlet of each lubricating point. The on-site setting values ​​are as follows:
  • Rough rolling reducer: pressure relay pressure ≥ 0.15MPa is normal.

High-speed zone equipment maintenance procedures

 

  1. Check the rolling mill for abnormal noise every day, check whether the coupling has abnormal noise and heat and whether the coupling bolts are loose.

If the vibration is stable within a higher vibration value range, production can continue to be maintained.
  8. If a failure alarm occurs in the finishing rolling mill during the production process, the maintenance personnel need to make a serious and careful inspection and confirmation before agreeing to continue to transfer.
  9. During the inspection, it is found that the parameters of the roller box have seriously exceeded the standard, and the roller box should be replaced immediately.
  10. Every day, check whether the solenoid valve of the pinch roller is in good condition and whether the air circuit and water circuit are unobstructed. If any problems are found, they should be dealt with in time.
  11. Check the wear of the inlet pipe of the laying machine every day, and replace it in time when the wear is serious.

Flying shear maintenance procedures

 

  1. Check whether the bolts are loose and missing every shift and whether the pin shaft positioning block is normal.
  2. Pay attention to the wear of the blade, measure it once a week and check whether there is curling and deformation, the blade bolt must be tightened, and the power must be disconnected before inspection and measurement.
  3. Refuel each lubricating point every week, check the condition of the oil pipes and oil nozzles, and replace them if they are damaged.
  4. Pay attention to the lubrication, sealing, and wear of the copper sleeve of the knife arm. When the wear clearance of the copper sleeve exceeds 2% of its journal diameter, replace the copper sleeve during maintenance.
  5. Check the safety and alignment of electrical equipment.

Hydraulic system maintenance procedures

 

  1. According to the design regulations and work requirements, reasonably adjust the working pressure and working speed of the hydraulic system. When the pressure valve and the speed regulating valve are adjusted to the required values, the adjusting screw should be firmly and properly adjusted to prevent changes. The components of the mechanism, the adjustment handle should be locked after adjustment.
  2. Before adding oil, the oil must be filtered. During the commissioning of the equipment, a sampling (sampling) test of the oil should be carried out once a week. After the equipment enters the normal working state, the oil should be sampled and tested once a month, and the test report should be filled in carefully. If it is found that the oil does not meet the requirements for use, it must be replaced.
  3. The temperature of hydraulic oil should not exceed 60℃, generally controlled within the range of 20℃~55℃. If it exceeds this range, the reasons should be checked and eliminated.
  4. Do not work or adjust the system with a defective pressure gauge.
  5. In order to ensure the normal operation of the solenoid valve, the voltage must be stable, and its fluctuation value should not exceed ±15% of the rated voltage.
  6. Electrical cabinets, electrical boxes, operating consoles and command control boxes are all equipped with doors or covers, and the covers should be tightly closed to avoid contamination.
  7. When a certain part of the hydraulic system fails, such as: low oil pressure, unstable oil pressure, vibration, etc., the reasons should be analyzed and dealt with in time, and the operation should not be forced to avoid major accidents.
  8. Regularly check the working performance of coolers and heaters.
  9. Always check the working condition of the accumulator. If the air pressure is insufficient or other abnormal phenomena are found, it should be inflated and repaired in time.
  10. Regularly check and fasten component joints, flanges, etc. to prevent loosening, and regularly replace high-pressure hoses.
  11. Regularly replace the sealing ring, regularly perform performance measurement or regular replacement and maintenance of the main hydraulic components, and make a record.
  12. Regularly inspect the hydraulic station to ensure the normal operation of the hydraulic system and ensure that the problems of the hydraulic system can be found and eliminated in time.

  1. Patrol inspection: the sound of the motor, oil pump, valve, actuator, temperature rise, and movement of action indicator rod; the value of system temperature gauge, pressure gauge, liquid level gauge, and other detection components; looseness of mechanical connecting bolts, if Handle exceptions in a timely manner.
  2. The oil leakage and oil leakage in the system should be dealt with in time. If there is a problem that must be stopped for processing, the rolling line operator should be notified before it can be carried out.
  3. In the process of replacing components, it should be ensured that the system does not produce secondary pollution. When the parameter adjustment must be carried out again after replacing the components, it should be carried out according to the relevant procedures.
  4. Without the approval of the supervisor, the parameters such as pressure (0.1-0.3Mpa) and temperature (30-45℃) that have been set by the system shall not be changed at will.
  5. When the pressure difference before and after the filter is found to exceed the specified value (0.1MPa), or when the pressure difference alarm signal is found, the filter should be reversed or the filter element should be replaced immediately.
  6. Regularly check the oil quality, once a month in the initial stage, and once every three months thereafter. When the oil quality is unqualified, it should be replaced all, and new oil should be added. Do not mix old and new oil.
  7. Measuring instruments such as pressure gauges and thermometers are regularly inspected according to relevant regulations.
  8. Drain the dilute oil station in the high-speed area every day, grasp the water inflow situation of the oil station, and promptly inform the mechanic to check and deal with the leakage of the roller box.

Machining equipment maintenance procedures

 

1. Daily maintenance

1.1 Before starting the machine tool, it must be carefully checked: whether the fasteners are loose, whether the operating mechanism and the speed change handle are in the correct position, whether the limit, indicating, and safety devices are sensitive and reliable, and whether the equipment is corroded, rusted, touched, pulled or not. Leakage, oil leakage, leakage phenomenon, find the problem and deal with it in time.

1.2 Low-speed operation should be carried out before operation, especially in winter, high-speed operation can only be put into operation after normal operation.

1.3 Keep the equipment clean and hygienic. After the machine tool is finished, remove iron filings, oil stains, coolant, and other debris from all parts of the machine tool. In particular, thoroughly clean the guide rail surface, lead screw, smooth bar, etc., and add lubricating oil.

1.4 The quality of the lubricating oil must meet the requirements, and the oil level is between the high and low oil level lines to ensure good lubrication.

1.5 Make various records carefully and keep the equipment and environment clean and hygienic.

2. Regular maintenance

2.1 After the machine tool has been running for 400 hours, first-level maintenance is carried out mainly by operating workers and supplemented by maintenance workers. The details are as follows:

  • Partial disassembly, inspection, and cleaning are carried out.
  • Properly adjust the fitting clearance of each part of the equipment.
  • Clean the linoleum, oil line, filter and various dust-proof and anti-corrosion devices, and dredge the oil circuit.

2.2 The machine tool runs for 5,000 hours for secondary maintenance, mainly maintenance workers, and operators participate. In addition to implementing the content and requirements of 2.1, the following work should be done, and the wearing parts should be surveyed and mapped, and spare parts should be proposed.

  • Disassemble, inspect and maintain the equipment in whole or in part.
  • Replace or repair worn parts, and prepare data for the next second warranty or overhaul.
  • Thoroughly clean the gearbox and the liquid pool of the cooling system, and change the oil and water.
  • Correct the installation level and check the important accuracy items of measurement.

Driving

 

  1. Always keep the driving clean and hygienic, especially electrical equipment such as contactors, brakes, electromagnets, etc. on the resistor control panel, to prevent leakage, breakdown, short circuit and other phenomena.
  2. Special personnel are required to operate the vehicle, and other personnel are prohibited from operating.
  3. The vehicle shall not be overweight, and objects shall not be slanted along the direction of the main beam to prevent the trolley from moving.
  4. Always check whether the transmission shaft seat, gearbox coupling, shaft, key, and wire rope ends are loose, and fasten them in time. Check whether the brake wheel clearance is even, if there is unevenness, it should be adjusted evenly to make it safe, sensitive and reliable.
  5. Always check the wire ropes, hooks, pulleys, etc. for broken strands, cracks, serious wear, etc., if any, they should be replaced in time to ensure safe production.
  6. Always check whether the action of each limit switch and the electrical appliance is sensitive and reliable and whether the signal lights, lights, emergency switches, and alarm bells are in good condition. If you find any problems, you should contact them in time.
  7. Always check whether the reducer and bearings have abnormal noises during operation, and whether the lubricating oil leaks, and contact them in time if any problems are found.

      9. Regularly check the straightness of the track, and often observe whether the pressure plate is firm and loose. If the track is found to be stuck when the trolley is running, try to contact the relevant personnel to correct the track or adjust the wheels.

     10. It is strictly forbidden to use when the wire ropes are twisted together.

     11. The equipment must be started and run smoothly, and it is strictly forbidden to start and stop suddenly, and to rise and drop suddenly.

 

Electric hoist

 

  1. Always check whether the fasteners are loose.
  2. Always check the lubrication parts to ensure good lubrication. Change the oil of the gearbox every three months; apply lubricating oil (heating) to the wire rope at least every 10 days with a stiff brush; add grease to other bearings and spline parts every month.
  3. When the electric hoist is not working, it is not allowed to hang heavy objects in the air to prevent permanent deformation of the parts.
  4. The operator should always pay attention to the bad situation that the wire rope is out of groove or wound with two layers on the reel at any time during the work, and eliminate it in time, check the wear condition of the wire rope frequently, and replace it in time.
  5. It is not allowed to tilt the load or use it as a hauling tool. It is strictly forbidden to stain the brake pad with oil, and the limiter cannot be used frequently.
  6. For the commonly used electric hoist, the special person should check it at least once every ten days. If the fault is found, measures should be taken to eliminate the fault in time.
  7. It is absolutely forbidden to use the electric hoist in an unallowable environment and underrated load conditions.
  8. The electric hoist should be operated and maintained by special personnel, and the operator should master the operating procedures.

Hydraulic station

  1. Always keep equipment and environment clean and hygienic.
  2. Check the sound and temperature of the motor and oil pump at any time.
  3. Always check whether the oil level is normal, add oil in time, check the oil and oil quality every three months, and replace it immediately if it fails.
  4. Clean the filter screen every three months to prevent clogging.
  5. Regularly check each pipeline and its accessories, such as ball valves, oil cylinders, etc. for oil leakage, check whether the safety valve is in good condition once a week, and fully operate each ball valve once a month.
  6. Check the sensitivity and reliability of each pipeline detection instrument and instrument at any time, and calibrate it regularly.
  • a. Adjust the pressure relay once a month.
  • b.Check the use of the pressure thermometer once a week, and it cannot be replaced by the user in advance.
  • c.Check and calibrate the pressure gauge once a month

  1. Press each button before changing the roller and turning it over to check whether the action of each hydraulic cylinder is flexible and reliable.
  2. Lubricate the plain bearings once a week.
  3. Check the hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic pipes and connections for tightness once a day.
  4. Check the roller changing track and turning channel once a day for any jamming phenomenon.
  5. Always check whether the fastening bolts are loose.
  6. Make various records carefully and keep the equipment clean and hygienic.
