[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Turkey’s largest integrated steelmaker Isdemir’s new blast furnace is nearing completion and will have the highest output (7,900 t/d) in the country, which will be Turkey’s largest blast furnace with a capacity of 2.8 million t/y. The furnace has a volume of 3,587 cubic meters and is expected to be blown in within this year. After the project is completed, Isdemir’s total molten steel production will reach 6.3 million tons/year.
Parent company Oyak Maden Metalurji Group said this would contribute to the Turkish economy by reducing the reliance on foreign countries for the steel product market. The group is also renovating a blast furnace at its Eregli plant (Erdemir) in northern Turkey, which will also increase Erdemir’s capacity.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_btn title=”About LMM GROUP” link=”url:https%3A%2F%2Fwww.lmmgroupcn.com%2Fabout-lmm%2F|target:_blank”][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1649296177864{margin-top: 50px !important;}”]friendship Link:
