The ICDP rolls adopt the centrifugal casting method with three layers casting process for getting good metallurgy bonding between shell and core to avoid the alloys permeate each other.
These rolls have good wear resistance and surface finish. That’ s because the certain amount of free graphite exists in the microstructure, and the roll have very good anti-sticky property and anti-fire property.
