Based on robot technology and computer 3D imaging technology, the equipment is connected to on-line MES system to complete the steps of automatic welding, such as transmitting, automatic printing labels, automatic identifying target positions, automatic bundling and quantity review, and optimization of label hanging (welding) position.
1. One-time welding success rate: ≥99.7%;
2. The number of welding plates: 2 pieces/bundle, welded at the end of the bar, and welded to the center of the end face of the bar;
3. The completion time of welding two labels at both ends: ≤15s, the completion time of welding two labels at one end: ≤25s;
4. Equipment operation rate: ≥99.8%;
5. Vision system welding spot recognition rate: 100%;
6. Capability of automatic nail feeding system: >10 pieces/minute;
7. The accuracy rate of the re-inspection of the number of bundled bars: 98%/(calculated by bundle)
