Product Details
Magnesia chrome bricks are refractory products with magnesium oxide (MgO) and chromium trioxide (Cr2O3) as the main components, and periclase and spinel as the main mineral components. This type of brick has high refractoriness, high temperature strength, strong resistance to alkaline slag erosion, and excellent thermal stability.
Magnesia-chromium bricks are mainly used in the metallurgical industry, such as building open hearth furnace tops, electric furnace tops, external refining furnaces and various non-ferrous metal smelting furnaces.

Controlled by PLC, It can automatically complete feeding, suppressing, demolding, clamping and injecting in the porcess of supression, and can make adobes with high density, stable quality, precise dimensions by means of precise volumetric feeding, bi-directional pressurization and hydrostatic pressure.
