Create different designing schemes according to different coding requirement. The robot is light and flexible in work, with 6-D coordinative movement, fast execution speed, high positioning accuracy, and high repeated positioning accuracy less than 0.05mm. Full servo control, high temperature proof.
Flexible and diverse installation to adapt to different working environments. For the applicative scenario of spraying numbers on different products such as billets, round billets, slabs, and coils in steelmaking plants, the robot can cooperate with vision system, and apply machine vision solution called “eye in hand” to locate position of the product according to different environmental requirements.
1) Billet, round billet, slab, roll billet.
2) Material: aluminum wire, high temperature paint, ordinary paint, laser.
3) Installation location: the end and side of roller, side of cooling tool, top of the pusher, etc.
4) Spraying code on normal and high temperature, laser spraying code.
5) Contents of sprayed code: numbers, letters or symbols, and the number of digits can be freely defined.
6) Automatic identification of billet flow number and sub-process number.
7) Mode of spraying code is optional: continuous spraying, intermittent spraying, and special spraying.

4. The servo system is purchased from imported components, and the normal service life is at least 1 year;
