We have accumulated extensive experience and achievements in the design and general contracting of furnace types such as cold rolling annealing furnaces, roller hearth furnaces, walking beam furnaces, regenerative furnaces, pusher furnaces, trolley furnaces, heat treatment furnaces, soaking pits, ring furnaces, color coating curing furnaces, lime kilns, and pelletizing shaft kilns.
With experience in engineering design and general contracting for 200-1200 t/d active lime production lines, we can undertake projects of varying sizes and kiln types, providing economical, environmentally friendly, and energy-saving design solutions tailored to individual customer needs. We also boast a proven track record of achieving Class A environmental protection status and, leveraging the Ansteel Group’s platform, offer comprehensive production training and technical guidance for active lime production lines.
We are also developing two 800-ton-per-day TGS lime kilns, a production line with an annual lime output exceeding 500,000 tons, and one 300-ton-per-day TGS light-calcined dolomite kiln.
