LMM BACKUP ROLLS ADVANTAGES
LMM GROUP’s roll production technology originates from United Electric Steel’s Davie Company in the United States, which has developed the world’s most advanced metallurgical powder technology, making the metallographic structure more dense.
LMM Backup rolls are produced by static and monobloc casting method. The scope of supply is suitable to all dimensions of rolls. The products are mainly applied to section mill, bar mill and wire-rod mill, rail mill, universal mill breakdown stand, roughing stands of hot strip mill, back-up rolls of hot strip mill, vertical rolls and so on, The roll show very good wear resistance, anti-accident, anti-fire and less hardness drop. The products covered all the Adamite /GST material with “C” contents of 1.0%-2.2%。
