We jointly developed the world’s first vertical sinter cooling system with Primetals Technologies, revolutionizing the traditional cooling model. This single unit integrates cooling, efficient heat exchange, and dust control functions, increasing cooling efficiency by 30%, recovering over 90% of waste heat, and reducing dust emissions to below 5mg/m², achieving a dual breakthrough in energy conservation and environmental protection.

Blast furnace overhaul technology:
We have provided services for the overhaul and renovation design of more than 30 blast furnaces, adhered to the principle of making changes every time they need repairs, and comprehensively upgraded a number of large blast furnaces designed and introduced in the early stage. We applied a number of independently developed blast furnace longevity technologies, including a fully soft water adjustable cooling system, a hearth structure in the form of large carbon bricks induced erosion, and the rational application of various types of cooling walls, which effectively extended the service life of the blast furnaces, and ensured energy conservation and consumption reduction, safe and stable production of the blast furnaces. The independently designed No. 7 blast furnace achieved a longevity case of 16 years of service without major repairs.
Hot blast furnace renovation and expansion technology:
With a full system of over 100 hot blast furnaces of various shapes, our hot blast furnace team has participated in all design work and has long provided services for hot blast furnace upgrades and renovations. We have extensive experience in preheating, hot blast furnace cross-industry applications, and top-fired hot blast furnace expansion and renovation, and have applied for numerous patents. Leveraging our expertise, we have successfully implemented multiple cross-industry heating furnace projects in the chemical and oil shale sectors.
With extensive experience in converter, continuous casting, refining, and supporting process design, as the designer of all converters for Ansteel Co., Ltd., the company has repeatedly set national records for the largest, most advanced, and domestically produced converter designs, leading the way in technological innovation in steelmaking. In recent years, the company has continuously expanded into external markets and expanded its technological capabilities, undertaking projects such as a 6x3000kV sealed silicon-manganese blast furnace and exhaust gas waste heat power generation project, and a 3 million ton ferroalloy product series project on an EPC basis.

The steelmaking project was designed entirely independently, resulting in a modern, world-leading, full-process steelmaking production line with an annual output of 6.5 million tons. Its leading products are high-value-added, high-tech steels. This full-process steelmaking production line has won first prize for outstanding design from the Metallurgical Construction Association.
The 2150 steelmaking project, designed entirely independently, includes three desulfurization and slag removal stations, three of the largest and most advanced domestically produced 260t top and bottom combined blowing converters, two LF ladle refining furnaces, two RH-TB vacuum treatment units, two double-strand 2150 slab casters, and two double-strand ASP slab casters. It won the National Excellent Design Bronze Award.
The 2150ASP1# and 2# slab casting machine upgrade and renovation project realizes the localization of continuous casting, improves the arc radius of the casting machine, completely solves problems such as transverse cracks in the corners of sensitive steel grades, comprehensively improves product specifications, and provides a demonstrative model for the steel industry to significantly increase the online arc radius of large vertical bending continuous casting machines.
Air separation unit:
With the ability to design air separation units ranging from 10,000Nm³/h to 100,000Nm³/h, we use molecular sieves to purify air and liquid oxygen compression processes. We have designed and completed more than 20 air separation projects of various series, including the 35,000Nm²/h Ansteel Bayuquan project and the 60,000Nm³/h Ansteel Oxygen Plant project. All of these projects are based on the world’s most advanced 6th generation air separation technology, with industry-leading energy consumption indicators.
Gas storage and distribution system:
We have the ability and experience to design and undertake general contracting for complex gas storage and distribution systems throughout the entire metallurgical process. Based on the different needs of customers, we can provide customers with efficient gas storage and distribution solutions through macro-system planning, reasonable system configuration and equipment selection.
Fine desulfurization:
Innovatively develop new products, research and develop new technologies for blast furnace gas desulfurization, conduct in-depth process calculations, collaborate on three-dimensional design, create sample products, and achieve patent research.
Hydrogen Metallurgy Technology:
Undertake the world’s first green hydrogen zero-carbon fluidized bed high-efficiency ironmaking new technology demonstration project, produce zero-carbon green steel, achieve a breakthrough in the new technology route of low-carbon metallurgy, build a 10,000-ton fluidized bed hydrogen ironmaking project demonstration project, and provide solutions for low-carbon metallurgy
We possess the design and integration capabilities for continuous-feed medium-frequency furnaces in the casting and special steel sectors, with a single system design reaching a maximum power of 44MV. We have completed the design and general contracting of over 20 medium-frequency furnaces ranging from 12 to 90 tons, and have applied for numerous patents. Through product optimization and iteration, our third-generation ACF technology has become the most rationally deployed and intelligent medium-frequency furnace product in China.
We are rooted in the continuous pursuit of coking upgrades and driven by independent research and development, striving for continuous technological breakthroughs to build a comprehensive technology ecosystem encompassing coke oven design, clean production, and resource recycling. We have been granted 23 invention patents and over 50 proprietary technologies, and possess the capability to design large-volume coke ovens with carbonization chambers exceeding 6 meters in height. We maintain a leading position and a rich track record in design and general contracting for coke ovens, dry coke quenching, gas purification, and chemical product refining systems.

Tar deep processing technology:
Promote the transformation of tar processing from extensive separation to refined and low-carbon processing.
Gas purification system:
The company pioneered semi-negative pressure gas purification and one-tower desulfurization processes, achieving H, S removal rates >99.5%.
Construct a full-process coking VOCs treatment system to ensure that the concentration of atmospheric pollutants emitted in coal loading, coke pushing and chemical production areas is lower than the special emission limits.
