In recent years, our company has completed the design and renovation of production lines for Anshan Iron and Steel’s medium and heavy plate plants, accumulating extensive design experience. Currently, we can undertake renovations and new line designs for 2350mm, 2800mm, 3800mm, 4300mm, and 5500mm medium and heavy plate production lines, with designed annual production capacities ranging from 600,000 to 2.4 million tons. In 2008, we took on the general contracting role for a 3800mm medium and heavy plate project. Our current medium and heavy plate products primarily include high-quality specialty plates for various applications, such as pipeline plates, shipbuilding plates, boiler plates, bridge plates, and various heat-treated steel plates. These products meet the needs of bridges, shipbuilding, oil drilling platforms, oil and gas pipelines, power plants, and national defense construction.
We have extensive experience in general contracting for the design of hot rolling mills, medium and heavy plate mills, and heat treatment lines, and our process technology and design level are domestically advanced.
The 2030 Cold Rolling Project of the Panzhihua Iron and Steel Xichang Vanadium and Titanium Resource Comprehensive Utilization Project won first prize in the National Metallurgical Industry Excellent Engineering Design Award. The project has a designed capacity of 2.1 million tons per year and features a high degree of domestically produced equipment. Its primary products include high-grade automotive panels, high-strength automotive structural plates, and plates for household appliances requiring high surface quality.
The Xichang Steel-Titanium Co-Line Reversing Rolling Mill Project is a key technological innovation project for Panzhihua Iron and Steel Group in its efforts to build a world-class vanadium and titanium resource comprehensive utilization enterprise. Capable of producing high-strength steel and titanium with widths ranging from 870-1520 mm and thicknesses of 0.3-3.5 mm, it is the world’s first steel-titanium co-line cold rolling production line.
The high-strength automotive steel continuous annealing production line project of the Anshen joint venture is the world’s second top-level high-strength automotive steel continuous annealing production line. The annealing technology adopts a full-radiation tube annealing furnace, and the skin-passing technology adopts a six-roller skin-passing machine; the core cooling technology adopts nitrogen-hydrogen mixed spray cooling and water cooling technologies, as well as pickling and nickel plating process technology, to produce high-strength, corrosion-resistant automotive steel plates, providing a good foundation for lightweight automobiles, green manufacturing, energy conservation and emission reduction; the entire line adopts automated control, and the overall technology has reached the international advanced level.
The compact 100m heavy rail production line (AHRP) is a modern production line independently designed and developed by our company. It is a pioneering example of a modern, short-process continuous casting and rolling heavy rail production line designed independently in my country. The production process and technology are world-leading, and the equipment and product quality are at the forefront. It has contributed to my country’s railway transportation speed increases, urban development, and western development.
Our independently designed large and medium-sized steel production line produces I-beams, channels, angles, and a full range of bulb flats, fully utilizing existing equipment and plant space to achieve the most economical investment. With extensive experience in production line reuse and renovation projects, we can propose the optimal renovation plan based on the specific conditions of the project, saving time and investment.
The wire rod production line renovation project completed by our company at Anshan Iron and Steel Corporation utilizes EDC controlled cooling technology for the first time in China. The product coils weigh up to 2.8 tons, have a designed rolling speed of 120 m/s, and an annual output of 600,000 tons. This production line is capable of producing high-quality cord steel, automotive spring steel, and high-grade cold heading steel. The coils are smooth and beautiful, and the process equipment and product quality are world-class, ensuring strong market competitiveness.
We have completed the design of seamless steel pipe production lines for Φ133, Φ159, Φ177, and Φ219 steel pipes. Our leading products include high, medium, and low-pressure boiler pipes, oil pipes, casing, line pipes, geological pipes, and alloy pipes, all of which are sold well in domestic and international markets. Our current combined annual production capacity is nearly 1 million tons. The 177 oil pipe production line is an automatic pipe rolling mill designed by our company with proprietary intellectual property rights, and its technology meets internationally advanced standards.
The company has completed the engineering design for a steel processing and distribution center and a fire station, with a total investment exceeding 1.1 billion yuan. The center’s main production equipment varies depending on the user type and needs, including blanking lines, shearing lines, laser welding lines, and auxiliary equipment such as precision shears and turning machines.
