Using the whole process of monitoring and intelligent judgment, it can detect sudden equipment problems in the first time, and at the same time prohibit the equipment from running with diseases, ensuring the safety and reliability of automatic tapping
- The use of automatic tapping control technology optimizes manual operation experience to PLC controlled tapping curve, assisted by image recognition technology, which greatly improves the stability of tapping control, reduces slag in the furnace mouth, and further improves the quality of molten steel. Eliminate equipment damage and safety hazards caused by manual operation errors.
- As of the end of June 2020, the automatic tapping control technology has been in stable operation for more than 10,000 heats in QianSteel. The application of this technology reduces the labor intensity of operating positions and improves the working environment.
