Buffering and speed regulation function
Since the production rhythm of the continuous casting machine and the rolling mill may not be completely consistent, the hot delivery roller can play a buffering role. By adjusting the speed of the roller, the conveying speed of the billet can be controlled so that the billet enters the rolling mill at the right time. For example, when the rolling mill has a short-term failure, the roller can slow down the conveying speed of the billet to prevent the billet from accumulating on the roller.

Improve production efficiency
