During the installation of the Saudi AL-ITTEFAQ STEEL smart project from 2025.02.10 to 03.12, we used technological innovation as the engine, adjusted the chain speed difference, deployed coaxial chains and guide rails, and upgraded the hardware of 9 central extension machines and 6 turnover machines to overcome the problems of chain bed height deviation and environmental interference, and achieved smooth and stable steel separation.
LMM GROUP efficiently completes the installation and commissioning of Prometal steel bar counter system in Cameroon
2025.2.20-03.15 LMM GROUP successfully completed the installation and commissioning of the Prometal one steel counter equipment in Cameroon with advanced technology. By optimizing the chain speed parameters, adding a steel support device and a precise optical recognition system, the problems of steel bar extension deviation and steel pressing were solved, and the test accuracy reached 45/100000. The team customized the equipment layout, collaborated with customers and engineering parties to overcome the difficulties of on-site transformation, provided maintenance manuals and operation training, and ensured production specifications.

Installation and commissioning of counting and steel separation system for Saudi Arabia WATANIA STEEL
2025.03.01-03.25In the Saudi Arabia WATANIA STEEL project, the team overcame difficulties such as servo program configuration and signal interference, ensured system stability through precise offline/online testing, customized adjustment of light source, air pressure and shading equipment to achieve zero error in steel counting. In response to customer production needs, the team flexibly coordinated the production suspension rhythm, trained on-site personnel simultaneously, and quickly responded to sudden problems such as stacking and blackheads to ensure seamless connection of production lines.

2025.03.08-03.15 The LMM GROUP technical team successfully completed a two-week in-depth visit to Turkish steel mills, visiting several leading steel mills such as Tosyali Toyo, Net Haddecilik, and Ekinciler Demir. Through customized solutions and efficient services, they further deepened their long-term cooperative relationship and leading position in the field of intelligent equipment.
During this visit, we saw that the steel-dividing counters deployed by LMM GROUP in 2016 and 2018 have become the “silent guardians” of customer production lines with their excellent long-term stability and reliability. Many steel mills reported that after years of high-intensity operation, these devices still maintain an identification accuracy rate of more than 99.9%, which fully confirms the hard-core strength of LMM technology.

On March 10-15, 2025, our company warmly received the visit of the delegation of Jindal Steel Oman Branch, a leading enterprise in the steel industry.
