Laser quenching of forged steel rollers and cast steel rollers:
A hardened layer with a hardness of 59-63HRC and a layer depth of more than 2mm can be obtained on the surface of the forged steel roller, thus greatly improving the service life of the roller.
Laser quenching and alloying of alloy semi-steel rolls:
After treatment, the surface hardness can be increased to 45-54HRC accordingly. It has remarkable effect on rough rolling rolls, medium rolling rolls, etc. of strip steel made of admite-steel, as well as rough rolling and medium rolling rolls of bars and wires.
Laser quenching and alloying of cast iron rolls:
A hardened layer with high hardness and good red hardness performance can be obtained on the surface of chilled cast iron rolls and infinitely chilled cast iron rolls, greatly improving the service life of the rolls.
