The quality of silicon steel continuous annealing furnace rolls is one of the main factors affecting the operation rate and product surface quality. The traditional graphite carbon cover and ceramic coated roller are easy to be oxidized, spheroidized and loose, which affects the normal production.

Quartz ceramic hollow roller has the characteristics of high strength, high temperature resistance, small thermal expansion, good chemical stability, stable high temperature performance, no deformation, clean surface and good wear resistance. Ideal replacement for traditional graphitic carbon caps and ceramic coated rollers. It can effectively solve the problem of oxidation nodules, avoid frequent replacement, improve work efficiency, and significantly improve the surface quality of strip steel.

Long-term use is not easy to wear and tear, which is 3-5 times the service life of the carbon sleeve. Entrusted by Shenzhen Automobile, the old rollers can be reused after reprocessing, which greatly prolongs the service life and reduces the production cost.

The operating temperature is as high as 11000℃, especially suitable for high-grade silicon steel continuous annealing furnace.
