Working principle of weighing and sizing
- The system uses advanced image processing technology (non-contact) to identify the length of hot steel billets online, automatically control the fire cutting machine to cut to length, and the detection of the billet is collected remotely by infrared camera.
- In the closed-loop state, the system performs fixed-weight self-learning mode cutting, and the weighing signal returns to the system in a closed loop for calculation, and the fixed-length length is fine-tuned online in real time according to weight; in the open-loop state, the system performs fixed-length cutting mode and can be adjusted manually.
