it is mainly used for masonry electric furnace body, and the characteristics of refractory material are used to protect the electric furnace body from being eroded by molten molten steel. Regional functional contracting is adopted, including: permanent bricks for electric furnaces, working bricks for electric furnaces, ramming materials, spraying materials between furnaces, hot ramming materials, and all wet and dry materials and fire mud used in masonry. The electric furnace type is an AC arc furnace with a capacity of 160 tons.

 

Refractory materials for converter: It is mainly used for masonry converter furnace body, and the characteristics of refractory materials are used to protect the converter body from being eroded by molten molten steel and ensure that its material composition does not affect the normal smelting of molten steel. Adopt regional functional contracting. Specifically, it includes: converter working bricks, as well as ramming materials, plastics, caulking materials and fire mud used in the masonry of working bricks. The converter capacity is 180 tons, and the maximum smelting temperature is 1750℃.

 

Pouring ladle refractory materials (including breathable bricks or without breathable bricks): it is mainly used to transport molten steel to various stations for smelting. Tons of steel are used for contracting. It mainly includes ladle work bricks, work lining castable, corundum self-flowing material, back joint material, ramming material (excluding construction), permanent lining casting material, etc. The material of the slag wire of ladle refractory material requires magnesium and calcium to be fired, and the carbon content of the bath and the bottom brick is C≤5%. For every 6 packages, a set of permanent lining casting materials is included.

 

Transfer ladle refractory material: it is mainly used for masonry to connect the molten steel from the electric furnace and transfer it to the transfer ladle for smelting on the converter. The characteristics of the refractory material are used to protect the iron shell of the ladle from being eroded by the molten molten steel and ensure that its material composition does not affect the normal smelting of molten steel. Tons of steel are used for contracting. Specifically, it includes: transfer ladle work bricks, as well as ramming materials, encapsulation materials, caulking materials, permanent lining castable materials, thermal insulation panels, magnesia bricks, etc. used in the masonry of work bricks. For every 6 sets of working bricks, a set of permanent lining castable, insulation board, magnesia brick and repair material are included; and the service life of the permanent lining must be guaranteed for more than 6 furnaces.

 

The center ring of the electric furnace and the refractory materials: the contract settlement of tons of steel shall be based on the amount of steel produced by the electric furnace. The central iron ring unit weighs 1489KG. Inner ring refractory material specifications: AL2O3≥87.5%, CaO≥2.0%, SiO2 0.4%, Fe2O3 0.3%, Cr2O3≥10.0%, weight 8100KG.

 

Tonnage of ladle sliding spout: the steel capacity of the ladle is 170 tons, the temperature range of the ladle steel water is 1450℃~1750℃, and the continuous casting time is 75±20min. Supporting materials: long spout, drive oil cylinder. Tons of steel are settled by continuous casting and pouring weight. Refractory materials include: spout seat bricks, upper and lower skateboards, upper and lower spouts, fire mud required for assembling upper and lower spouts and skateboards, fire mud for protection of lower spouts, etc. (upper and lower skateboards, the aperture of the upper and lower spouts is 65mm) and supporting sliding door mechanisms used in production. The cost of tons of steel includes all construction such as installation and replacement of skateboards and upper and lower spouts, cleaning operations of ladle spouts, disassembly and maintenance of sliding door mechanisms, etc.

 

External-mounted breathable bricks: the steel capacity is 170 tons, the temperature range of the ladle and the water temperature of the ladle is 1450℃~1750℃, the bottom blowing pressure of the ladle is 5~20bar, and the number of individual ladle breathable bricks is 2 sets. Refractory materials include breathable seat bricks, breathable cores, support bricks, seat brick repair materials, seam materials, etc. The contractor is also responsible for the cleaning, heat exchange, offline determination, and inspection of poor ventilation of the vent core.

 

Intermediate frequency furnace refractory contracting project: capacity 40 tons. Settlement is based on the number of intermediate frequency furnaces and smelters. Refractory materials include ramming material, coil putty, furnace liner, repair material, magnesia, glass water, etc. It also includes the removal of the lining of the intermediate frequency furnace, masonry, baking, on-site sanitary cleaning, tool supply, etc., as well as the maintenance of refractory repairs during the use of the intermediate frequency furnace, the pre-operation of the intermediate frequency furnace, and the lifting, feeding, temperature measurement, sampling, and steel output of the materials required for the smelting of the intermediate frequency furnace.

Ceramic fiber cotton blanket: it is a refractory material with high heat-resistant temperature, high melting point, and zirconia. It is mainly used in the production and repair of preheater lids, and the laying of important pipes or equipment surfaces on site to avoid being burned by steel slag sparks, etc. specification:7200(±20)×600(±10)×25(±3) mm/roll, 1 roll/bag, bulk weight: 128±5Kg/m3, classification temperature≥1400℃, melting point: 1700℃, color: white, ZrO2≥14.5%.

 

Filled sand: it is used in steelmaking production, and the filled sand is poured into the nozzle to guide the liquid steel to flow into the tundish through the long outlet, and then cast into a slab embryo. 5kg/bag. The natural opening rate of more than 95% is used as the acceptance standard.

 

Refractory cotton blocks: classification temperature≥1400℃, melting point: 1700℃, color: white, ZrO2≥14.5%. Anchor material requirements: steel grade 310, C≤0.15%, Si≤1.5%, Mn≤2.0%, P≤0.045%, S≤0.03%, Ni≤18.5-21.5%, Cr≤23.5-25.5%, welding strip specification A402. Each set of materials includes fiber blocks, fiber cotton blankets, anchors, welding electrodes, and installation tools.

 

Converter permanent bricks: The main masonry is built between the working lining of the converter and the furnace shell, which is used to resist the erosion of the furnace shell by molten steel and to provide thermal insulation. There are a total of four types of permanent bricks for the converter, which are built in different locations of the furnace shell. Square brick: 345*76*114mm,

Pointed brick: 345*(73/79)*114mm, small heterosexual brick:200*115*(246.5/131.5)* 4mm, large heterosexual brick:200*115*(246.5/131.5)* 19mm, MgO≥89%, compressive strength≥90N/mm2, bulk density≥2.91g/cm3.

 

SK32 refractory bricks: mainly used for the laying of flow rails, the lining of emergency flow troughs, and the wall making of dust drop rooms. Size: 114*64*230mm, composition AL2O3≥40.0%, Fe2O3≤3%, bulk density≥2.0g/cm3, apparent porosity≤24%, compressive strength≥30MPA.

 

SK39 refractory mud: operating temperature T≧1700℃, composition: Al2O3≧80%, particle size requirements: (≤0.074mm) ≧70%, adhesion strength:≧40 (kg/cm2) @1500℃ @3H, 25kg/bag, kraft paper should be used for packaging bags and moisture-proof packaging.

 

CA1700 castable material: it is mainly used for pouring the permanent lining at the bottom of the ladle, and for the protection of refractory materials in important parts of equipment such as steel output trolleys, slag tank trolleys, etc. Temperature T:≧1700℃; bone material: aluminosilicate. Composition: Al2O3≧80%, flexural strength 110℃×24h≧20MPA, 1000℃×3h≧30MPA, 25kg/bag, kraft paper should be used for packaging, and moisture-proof packaging.
