Bulk slag detection system

Automatic crystal level control system

Automatic slag adding system
The automatic slag adding system USES the principle of gas conveying to transport the mold protective slag in the hopper through the pipeline to the mold.The system consists of hopper assembly, protective slag conveying line, slag nozzle and bracket, electric control box, air control box, etc.The hopper is installed on the operation platform of the big bag, and the protective slag falls into the hopper. The slag quantity is controlled accurately by PLC. The protective slag, which is accurately measured, passes through the protective slag conveying pipeline and slag nozzle assembly.The use of automatic slag adding greatly reduces the operation intensity of workers and improves the automation level of equipment.
