Furnace rolls are specialized rolls found in furnaces to keep the furnace running efficiently. When it comes to these and furnace rolls, there are several different types, each with different specific functions. Let’s look at the different types of furnace rolls.
- Vertical annealing furnace roll
Vertical annealing furnace rolls are used to connect galvanized lines and nitrogen-hydrogen. Therefore, this type of roll is ideal for furnace temperatures between 750°C and 950°C. - Thick plate heat treatment furnace roll
Thick plate heat treatment furnace rolls are used for normalization in quenching furnaces. The rolls are wide and heavy, so the heat treatment process is uniform and fast. Suitable for a temperature range of 550°C to 950°C. - Horizontal annealing furnace roll
Similar to vertical annealer rolls, horizontal annealer rolls. Therefore, it is used for continuous annealing. Just like a vertical furnace, it is ideal for furnace temperatures between 750-950 degrees Celsius.
